The following is a recipe by Nick & Cindy Mackintosh, as published in Cannabis for Health, Energy, Medicine, Paper and 25,000 other uses (London, Eryr Press, 2002).
2 cups firmly packed coriander
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
5 tablespoons hemp oil
In a food processor, combine coriander, garlic, hemp seeds, lime juice, salt & pepper.
With the motor running, slowly add the hemp oil until the sauce is emulsified.
Makes 1 cup
