HEMP A SOURCE OF VITAMIN K
Hemp is now regarded as one of the most nutritious plant foods known to man. Vitamin K is one of its parts, essential for clotting; the K comes from the German koagulation. This makes hemp not only more valuable for humans, but for animals as well, with many bird breeders, such as Matthew Vriends, recommending it for this reason.
For more information on hemp seed constituents, the THC Club site will give an overall discussion including mention of Vitamin K at www.schmoo.co.uk/thclub/hemp.htm
