Lance Harvell, one more GOP rep backs hemp

Giving some thought to the hemp bill in Maine, I was wondering which party introduced it, and I googled around this I found this:

On March 28, the ACF Committee will hear Rep Lance Harvell's (R-Farmington) bill to nullify federal laws and allow the growing of industrial hemp in Maine.

Yet another GOP rep backing hemp! Where are the Democrats? Really makes one wonder.
