FISHING FOR A BRAIN
In the last post (see below), I went through a discussion about Omega-3 fatty acids, what they were and why they are good. Somehow I forgot to mention one important thing, the last word from a total authority on the subject; the fish themselves. As most anglers know, hempseed brings them to the surface. Little wonder, as hempseed contains gamma-linolenic acid, which is then converted into the two other Omega-3 fatty acids which are so prevalent in marine animals.
