FRENCH CANNABIS THC-FREE

Further to a recent posting (23June) about possible THC-free Russian hemp, which I have not yet been able to verify, I have been informed that in France a variety called Santica is THC-free. This was passed on by Dr. Hayo van der Werf, editor of the Journal of Industrial Hemp in Rennes, France.
