Letter in support of hemp for New Hampshire

This letter appeared in the Daily Telegraph of New Hampshire. It is yet another state we are now reporting on here, politicians would be well advised to note this growing trend and vote to make hemp legal. They are being spoken to by 'we the people', many of whom are signing that petition at www.minawear.com/about-us

Letter to the Editor:

During the holidays, I noticed a trend while shopping; many products I came across were made of hemp.

A friend bought a jacket made of hemp, and I bought a hat and body lotion made of hemp and hemp extract.

Having worked in the stock-market environment for 12 years, I have a habit of spotting trends and guessing the next big thing. Examples of hemp uses are fuel, building materials and paper.

New Hampshire should get in the hemp farming industry to bring jobs and prosperity to the state.

The House Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee is conducting a hearing on industrial hemp Jan. 22 at 10:30 a.m. in Room 204 of the Legislative Office Building. If you are a farmer or would like to support and testify, please attend.

Also, call your representatives and ask them to support any industrial hemp farming legislation to give the state an opportunity to create a whole new revenue and job market.

anyway, we gotta think like that. Why let the Congressmen take away a chance to make a living?
I signed that petition at www.minawear.com/about-us/ and let's hope anyone reading this does too!
