New Jersey, for instance, is dragging its feet - a recent article in the New York Times is titled "Marijuana for Patients Remains Off-Limits as New Jersey Law Stalls", which says it all - and in Arizona, the State Attorney General, Tom Horne, has filed a civil suit this week against four cannabis clubs in the Phoenix area. He asserts: "That type of deception and blatantly illegal activity must be stopped." What illegal activity - giving treatment to patients after the state voters legalised it or holding back the treatment?
